At Innovative Trends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As we deal in export products (such as Bamboo Socks, Vermicompost, Papad, etc.), all orders are processed based on client requirements and international shipping standards. Refund Conditions:

• No refund will be provided once the order is confirmed and processed for shipment.
• Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
• Order cancellation before dispatch (within 24 hours of placing the order).
• Duplicate payment made due to technical error.
• Non-availability of stock after payment is received. Refund Process:
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
