Vermicompost

Vermicompost is an organic fertilizer produced through the breakdown of biodegradable waste by earthworms, particularly species like Eisenia fetida (red wigglers). These worms consume organic matter such as vegetable peels, fruit scraps, and other kitchen or garden waste, and excrete nutrient-rich castings that form the vermicompost. This compost is dark, crumbly, odorless, and highly beneficial for plants and soil. It is rich in essential plant nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, as well as micronutrients in forms easily absorbed by plants.
